Successfully argued two cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, representing the State of Missouri in which I was the trial attorney.

Successfully maintain convictions and guilty pleas of cases that included Homicides, Child Sex Cases, Robbery, Assaults, and DWI within Jackson County during Post Conviction Relief motions and hearings.

Making charging decisions in cases that included DWI, Robbery, Assault, Vehicular Assault, Burglary, Stealing, Possession of Drugs, Trafficking in Controlled Substances, Trafficking in Stolen Identities, Violations of Orders of Protection, Domestic Violence, Child Sex Crimes, Child Abuse, and Possession of Child Pornography.

Handled one of the largest probation violation dockets in the Independence Court house for 12 years.

In my spare time I like to coach my daughter’s soccer, softball, and basketball teams. I am also an avid race fan and enjoy spending the weekend at pretty much any racetrack.
