Bret Hart joined Troppito Miller Griffin, LLC during law school as a Law Clerk in 2024, before eventually transferring to the role of Associate Attorney in 2026. Bret currently focuses on handling Construction & OSHA Litigation cases in Missouri (assisting on Kansas), which includes but isn't limited to: filing mechanic's liens and surety bond claims, collecting past due accounts, and defending defective construction or OSHA violation claims.
Bret received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia with a major in Political Science and minors in Psychology and Sociology in 2022. While attending the University of Missouri, Bret was a member of Phi Gamma Delta and Phi Alpha Delta (pre-law). After receiving his undergraduate degree, Bret attended law school at the University of Missouri- Kansas City, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2025.
Throughout law school Bret interned for multiple judges in both Federal and State Courts while also being the President of the Federal Bar Association- Student Division at UMKC. Bret also spent multiple semesters with the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office before joining Troppito Miller Griffin
